About the event
A space for women affected by or considering breast reconstruction to connect, share, and learn from one another. Each evening takes a slightly different shape, sometimes patients sharing their own experience, other times a guest speaker on a particular topic. It's about hearing what the journey can really look like, beyond what's covered in a consultation.
For our first evening, we're bringing together three women who have completed their reconstruction journey, sharing their personal experiences in an informal panel facilitated by Nurse Amy Heal. The evening will open up to group discussion and Q&A, in a relaxed, conversational setting.
This evening is best suited to anyone affected by or considering breast reconstruction, whether you're just starting to explore your options, currently going through treatment, or further along in your journey. All are welcome, regardless of which surgeon you're seeing or whether you've made any decisions yet.
